The Hunting Lodge Hotel is a family owned and run hotel about 9 miles north of Campbelltown on the Kintyre peninsula. The former hunting lodge of the Duke of Argyll, the hotel is situated right on the shore with unspoilt views over the Atlantic Ocean to the Islands of Gigha, Islay and Jura. On a clear day, you can see the north coast of Ireland. The Hotel is within easy reach of excellent golf courses, stunning scenery, pretty harbourside towns and plentiful and varied wildlife.

The hotel has its own private stretch of beach that guests are free to make use of. From the beach you may be lucky enough to see seals, dolphins and porpoises. Golfing holidays are a speciality of the hotel, with all of the golf courses in Kintyre being readily accessible from the Hunting Lodge. They also offer guests a 10% discount on the green fees at the world famous Machrihanish Golf Courses.
